59-3301. Citation of act; effective date of act. (a) K.S.A. 59-3301 through 59-3306 may be cited as the Kansas informal administration act and shall be construed as supplemental to and as a part of the Kansas probate code.

(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 59-3301 through 59-3306 shall take effect and be in force on and after January 1, 1986.
