58-2512. Re-entry of premises upon violation of K.S.A. 58-2511. If any tenant shall violate the provisions of the preceding section, the landlord or person holding under the landlord, after giving ten days' notice to quit possession, shall have a right to re-enter the premises and take possession thereof and dispossess the tenant, subtenant or undertenant.
