Printable Format75-5947. Same; contracts for services involving litigation. The secretary for aging and disability services may contract for the services of persons to assist in the preparation of expert testimony for litigation and to act as expert witnesses in litigation. Any such contracts shall be exempt from the competitive bid requirements of K.S.A. 75-3739, and amendments thereto.
