75-4268. Kansas agricultural production loan deposit program. (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 75-4268 through 75-4274, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas agricultural production loan deposit program.

(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 75-4268 through 75-4274, and amendments thereto, shall be effective on and after July 1, 2000.
