72-8267. Contracts made pursuant to agreement; where copies filed; publication of certain information required. True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the agreement shall be kept on file in the office of the commissioner of education and in the office of the secretary of state. The state department of education shall regularly publish, in a form and manner determined by the state board of education, reference to the existence of all such contracts, a summary of the provisions thereof, a listing of the states which are parties thereto, and information regarding accessibility to copies thereof.
