72-3821. Determination of high-value and standard industry-recognized credentials by state board of education. (a) On or before July 31, 2023, and each July 31 thereafter, the state board of education shall review and approve a list of high-value industry-recognized credentials and a list of standard industry-recognized credentials.

(b) Such lists shall be prepared by a committee established by the state board of education that includes representatives from the association of community college trustees, the Kansas technical education authority, the Kansas technical college association and the Kansas association of school boards.
