72-3424. Technical advice and assistance by state department; recommendations. The department, upon request, shall: (1) Give technical advice and assistance to any agency in connection with the establishment and maintenance of special education and related services for exceptional children; (2) make recommendations to any agency concerning appropriate special education or related services to be provided to exceptional children; and (3) consider and give advice to any agency concerning problems encountered by such agency in complying with the requirements of this act.
