Printable Format70a-104. Same; actions to protect state property. It shall be the duty of the attorney general, or any county attorney on direction of the governor, to bring any suit necessary or proper to protect the property rights of the state under this act; and any district court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin any violation of this act, and may award to the state adequate civil damages for any breach thereof.
