60-31a08. Procedure. Except as otherwise provided in the protection from stalking, sexual assault or human trafficking act, any proceedings under this act shall be in accordance with chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, and shall be in addition to any other available civil or criminal remedies.
