CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. This act held valid; not in conflict with federal constitution. Mason v. McLeod, 57 Kan. 105, 108, 45 P. 76.

2. Sale of territory is a sale of the patent right. Pinney v. Bank, 68 Kan. 223, 75 P. 119.

3. Vendor must register letters patent, as herein provided. Allen v. Riley, 71 Kan. 378, 80 P. 952. Affirmed: Allen v. Riley, 203 U.S. 347, 27 S. Ct. 95, 51 L. Ed. 216.

4. Contract of sale void unless made in compliance with statute. Nyhart v. Kubach, 76 Kan. 154, 90 P. 796.
