50-1211. Severability. If any provision of K.S.A. 50-1201 through 50-1210, and amendments thereto, or the application to any persons or circumstances is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or application of K.S.A. 50-1201 through 50-1210, and amendments thereto, and to this end the provisions of K.S.A. 50-1201 through 50-1210, and amendments thereto, are declared to be severable.
