50-6,138. Deceptive or unconscionable acts or practices. (a) Any violation of this act shall be deemed to be a deceptive or unconscionable act or practice under the provisions of the Kansas consumer protection act.

(b) This act shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas consumer protection act.
