48-3033a. (KCMJ Art. 110) Improper hazarding of a vessel. (a) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person willfully and wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces of the United States or any state military forces.

(b) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person negligently hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces of the United States or any state military forces.
