40-4,101. Standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities; citation of act. (a) K.S.A. 40-4,101 through 40-4,113, and amendments thereto, shall be known as the standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities.

(b) For the purposes of this act, the term "commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of insurance.
