40-2,249. Deadline for insurance verification system operation. The insurance verification system shall be fully operational not later than July 1, 2026, following an appropriate testing period of not less than nine months. No enforcement action shall be taken based on information obtained from the insurance verification system until such system has successfully completed the testing period.
