40-2,245. Funding and expenses for insurance verification system to be paid by Kansas department of insurance. The department shall provide funding for the implementation, ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the insurance verification system created by this act from the insurance department regulation service fund, established under K.S.A. 40-112, and amendments thereto.
