39-1449. Immunity of qualified persons for notifying associated individuals. A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, complies with the provisions of K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 39-1448, and amendments thereto, shall be immune from any administrative and civil liability that might otherwise arise from such disclosure.
