CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Application of this section is discretionary with overseer. Stevens v. Miami County, 6 Kan. App. 438, 49 P. 798.

2. Under facts deportation not proper. Barton County Comm'rs v. Stafford County Comm'rs, 133 Kan. 494, 495, 1 P.2d 80.

3. Section repealed by implication by 1937 social welfare act (K.S.A. 39-701 et seq.). State v. Lange, 148 Kan. 614, 615, 616, 617, 618, 83 P.2d 653.
