CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Adjudication of insanity prima facie defense; adjudication of restoration unnecessary. Walker, Guardian, v. Coates, 5 Kan. App. 209, 212, 47 P. 158.

2. Contract held valid without adjudication that person restored to reason. Water Supply Co. v. Root, 56 Kan. 187, 193, 42 P. 715.

3. Property regularly sold cannot be redeemed after restoration to sanity. Foran v. Healy, 73 Kan. 633, 636, 85 P. 751, 86 P. 470.

4. Action, by person restored, must be within statutory time. Pretzel v. Fiss, 84 Kan. 720, 721, 115 P. 536.

5. Insanity presumed to continue until person adjudged sane. Johnson v. Gustafson, 96 Kan. 630, 631, 152 P. 621.
