CASE ANNOTATIONS
1. While (c)(1) excludes any claim of confidential relationship on court-ordered examination/evaluation, subsection (c)(2) recognizes continuing prior relationship. State v. Munyon, 240 Kan. 53, 60, 726 P.2d 1333 (1986).
