CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. K.S.A. 38-714 provides reasonable, definite standards and conveys with sufficient definiteness the conduct prohibited; because statute contains stringent standards does not render it unconstitutional; conviction upheld. State v. Fahy, 201 Kan. 366, 370, 440 P.2d 566.

2. Noted; absent legislation, suppliers of alcohol not liable to victims of intoxicated tortfeasors. Ling v. Jan's Liquors, 237 Kan. 629, 638, 640, 703 P.2d 731 (1985).

3. Constitutionality of statute (predecessor to K.S.A. 21-3609) reaffirmed in child abuse-felony murder trial. State v. Hupp, 248 Kan. 644, 645, 656, 809 P.2d 1207 (1991).
