1. Copies of regular reports required to be kept hereunder, which are kept and used by a corporation to determine its daily grain position, constitute a "book of accounts" kept by a moneyed corporation within the meaning of K.S.A. 21-618. State v. Addington, 205 Kan. 640, 651, 472 P.2d 225.
