31-511. Administrative procedure; judicial review. Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 31-510, and amendments thereto, proceedings under the Kansas fireworks act shall be conducted in accordance with the Kansas administrative procedure act. Judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions under the Kansas fireworks act shall be in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
