CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Section violated; owner not liable for damages. Goodaile v. Cowley County, 111 Kan. 542, 543, 207 P. 785.

2. Untrimmed hedge fence; owner of land not liable for damages. Bohm v. Racette, 118 Kan. 670, 236 P. 811.

3. This and following section held constitutional. Chaput v. Demars, 120 Kan. 273, 274, 243 P. 311. Rehearing denied: 120 Kan. 612, 244 P. 1042.
