25-4158a. Campaign finance forms; electronic filing. The Kansas public disclosure commission shall prescribe and provide forms for each report required to be made under the campaign finance act. Any information required to be filed pursuant to the campaign finance act may be filed electronically with the secretary of state in a method authorized by the secretary of state. The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas campaign finance act.
