CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Irregular marking does not invalidate ballot as matter of law. Wall v. Pierpont, 119 Kan. 420, 428, 240 P. 251.

2. Lack of exact precision in making cross does not invalidate ballot. Boddington v. Schaible, 134 Kan. 696, 700, 701, 8 P.2d 314.

3. Slight defacement not identifying mark to void ballot. Hansen v. Lindley, 152 Kan. 63, 78, 102 P.2d 1058.

4. Ballot should be counted in absence of fraudulent intent. Johnson v. Russell, 160 Kan. 91, 96, 159 P.2d 480.
