24-1238. Watershed district responsibilities transferred to city of Atchison. On and after January 1, 2020, the city of Atchison shall assume the responsibility for the maintenance and repair of all watershed lakes, dams and other projects of the White Clay watershed district no. 26 located within Atchison county.
