CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Conviction under paragraph (1)(c) affirmed; evidence sufficient. State v. Ferguson, 221 Kan. 103, 104, 105, 107, 558 P.2d 1092.

8. Restitution limited to losses caused by crime for which defendant was convicted unless, by plea agreement, defendant has agreed to pay for other losses. State v. Dexter, 276 Kan. 909, 80 P.3d 1125 (2003).
