2. Arkansas City court's jurisdiction is limited in trespass on real estate to $100. Coats v. Kansas Gas & Electric Co., 143 Kan. 885, 57 P.2d 41.
3. On appeal district court acquires limited jurisdiction of city court. Ballenger v. Dietrich, 161 Kan. 358, 168 P.2d 87.
