Printable Format12-3801. Industrial development bonds by cities and counties; legislative declaration. The legislature hereby finds and declares that as an alternative and in addition to bonds issued under any other authority now provided by law the issuance of industrial development bonds under the authority of this act will benefit and promote the general economic welfare and prosperity of the state of Kansas.
