Printable Format4-202. First judicial district. The counties of Atchison and Leavenworth shall constitute the first judicial district. Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 20-354a, and amendments thereto, there shall be four district judges in such district.

Revisor's Note:
In accordance with 20-354a, the supreme court eliminated the remaining district magistrate judge position, effective June 3, 1991.
In accordance with 20-354a, 20-353, the supreme court created an additional division and district judge position, designated as division no. 5, effective Sept. 16, 1991.
In accordance with K.S.A. 1998 Supp. 20-355, the supreme court created an additional district judge division, designated as division no. 6, effective May 28, 1998.
