76-1904. Control of institution; superintendent, appointment, salary, duties and powers. (a) The director of the Kansas office of veterans services shall have full control of the Kansas soldiers' home, the property, effects, supervision and management thereof.
(b) A superintendent of the Kansas soldiers' home shall be appointed by the director of the Kansas office of veterans services in accordance with K.S.A. 73-1210a, and amendments thereto.
